We are excited to announce our partnership with Scribbles Software to provide electronic delivery of records for our former students. Please click here to access our ScribOrder website and submit your request.
Before submitting your request, please consider the following:
- Electronic transcripts requested to a student's personal email will contain a "Student Copy" watermark. Requests to colleges, universities, or third parties (employers, education verification companies, etc.) will be an official copy without the watermark.
- Diploma replacements will be sent via USPS Mail only.
- Current Dallas ISD students must obtain their transcript, academic records, etc. from their current campus.
- When a secondary student withdraws from the District, his or her record is maintained at the last school attended until the student has reached the age of 23 years (five years after his or her class graduates from high school). In these instances, the record may need to be requested from the last school attended.
- Per District policy, a student’s record is only available to those who have authorization from the student, their parent, or legal guardian if the student is under 18 years old. If the student is 18 years of age or older, the student’s record may not be released to a parent, legal guardian, or third parties without the student’s written consent and photo identification.
- Special Education Records or Special Programs (PreK-8th Grade):
These student records are only retained by the District for five years from the student's withdrawal or graduation date.
If you need assistance with a special education record, please contact the Special Education Department at 972-581-4100 or email NotifySPED@dallasisd.org.
